Jersey camping – Standard Pitches

Taking your own tent, caravan or motorhome to Jersey

Caravan and Motorhome Requirements for Jersey

The Combination of the caravan and the towing vehicle must not exceed 12m to include any items on the front or rear of the vehicle.
The permit must be displayed at all times and full third party insurance must be in force for the full duration of the stay and documents proving ownership must be carried.

Special dispensation has been given, allowing motorhomes (up to 9.3m long) to drive around Jersey on a daily basis, but you must return to your campsite each night. Please note that many of Jersey’s roads are narrow and may have limited access.

We can arrange for you to take your caravan or motor home to your chosen campsite so that you can enjoy the comforts of home, up to a maximum stay of one month.
Visiting caravans can be driven on the roads subject to a permit (which we can arrange) and are restricted to one journey to, and from, the campsite to the port. Caravans must remain on the camp site for the period of the permit.

Please visit our page about taking your own car, caravan or motorhome to view the price for taking any of the above to Jersey.
