Travelling with Pets to Jersey & Guernsey

Let us know at booking stage if you are planning to travel with your pet cat or dog and we can then advise on accommodation and travel arrangements.

Travelling with your pet between the Channel Islands and the UK or Isle of Man

Pet dogs and cats may travel with you to and from the Channel Islands from the UK and the Isle of Man without a pet passport. Dogs over 8 weeks old must be micro-chipped. No vaccinations are officially needed but your pet should be in good health and it is advised you seek the advice of your vet before making arrangements.

Travelling with your pet onboard Condor Ferries

Cats and dogs are allowed onboard Condor Ferries provided they are in an RSPCA approved carrier. If you are a foot passenger, your pet will stay within the carrier on a dedicated area of the ferry as only certified guide and sensory dogs are allowed in the passenger lounges.

If you are taking your car on-board the ferry, your pet can stay in the car as long as windows are left slightly open for air and water is provided. Visits to the car deck during the journey are permitted, depending on weather conditions but you will need to be accompanied by a member of the crew. Please ask a staff member once on-board. All vehicle owners are asked to not set their car alarms whilst the ferry is in motion to avoid upsetting pets.
