Cobo Bay Balcony GigCobo Bay Balcony Gig

27 Oct 2013

Every one loves the beach! The smell of the sea, the sand between your toes… the thud of the drum kit and twang of a guitar. No? You’ve obviously never been to the spectacular ‘Cobo Balcony Gigs’ then! Many of Guernsey’s local musicians and well known bands flock to the Cobo Bay Hotel regularly to play their prestigious balcony stage overlooking the stunning Cobo Bay. The Cobo Bay Hotel have hosted these fantastic concerts every month from their waterfront balcony for all to come and see.

They are free to all if viewing from the road/beach. Alternatively you can book a table at the Cobo Bay Hotel’s Restaurant for lunch and a show!

The next gig is on Sunday 27 October when they’ll be celebrating 25 years of balcony gigs. It is possible this will be their last, as they are rolling back the years with local bands including Elysium performing their tribute to Pink Floyd, One Diversion and The Doomsday Project, complete with a light & laser show. Don’t miss it!
